Tassis
Productivity app for companies and freelancers

The website is based on wireframes with 12-column grids for desktop and 4 columns for mobile. It features micro-interactions to make it a dynamic and engaging experience.

Social media & marketing — visuals of various formats were created for Facebook, Instagram, app stores and online ads.

Tassis is a productivity app developed by Elysian Software. It was created in 2016, initially as an internal tool tailored to the company's particular needs, but was later released for the public. In 2020 Elysian reached out for a rebranding, a completely new website design, and an app UI/UX redesign.
The challenges
There were quite a few challenges in this complex project. One was to create a strong, independent visual identity for a newcomer app in a sea of productivity apps. Then, I had to work around the old app UX with a refresh only and not major redesigns, as requested in the project brief. Finally, designing an ever-evolving and content-heavy live app was no easy feat.
The solutions
In charge of Creative Direction and most design aspects, I proposed a friendly and unpretentious visual identity based on warm colors, lots of whitespace, and organic shapes and patterns. Then, working with Elysian's UX Research and user feedback, I designed a new website from scratch and applied the feedback in an interface redesign for the desktop app (a different designer handled the mobile app).

I created and provided a brand style guide so that the logos, fonts and colors can be used in a consistent way across mediums.
The website

The old app interface lacked clarity and consistency, so it's these two essential aspects that I focused on during the redesign.

The visual identity

Hand sketching led to several logo proposals.
